Hello there, I am looking for someone to teach English online. I am an
owner of an online business of foreign language teaching. Right now,
we are mainly teaching English for our online clients. The clients are
from non-english speaking country, from young children to middle age
people. They enrolled my business to learn English.
Our business is divided into three big parts: English exams tutoring,
speaking English and translations. Currently we need several native
English speakers to teach oral English for our clients. The goal of
your job is to increase your clients language speaking ability by
maximum. And your must make your clients satisfied with your service.
Thus good teaching style and skills are important of this job. Your
teaching subjects are different according to different clients. For
some beginning leaners, it depends on you to select easy materials to
teach. For those intermediate and advanced learners, we will prepare
the oral english practice materials from the english exam books.
Since this is an online business, you don't need to meet with the
clients. You just talk with the clients online through chatting
softwares such as skype msn etc, saving the extra transportation fee
and your time on road comparing to an actual job.
Qualifications:
To be a good teacher, you must be a native english speaker. Patience,
nice attitude, profession, responsibility are all in our
qualifications of a good internet teacher. Also, you must have good
communication skills to get along with our clients.
Salary:
You can take this job as a part time job if you want. Salary is
calculated at hourly rate. New teachers normally start by $6 per hour.
As you develop more experience with teaching, we are willing to offer
you extra bonus based on your performance and your popularity by your
clients. If you want to take it as a full job, we will discuss more
about salary. Now we have an excellent platform to attract our
clients, as long as you have good teaching ability, we believe that
you will accumulate more and more clients in time.
Making money by talking with foreign people is a very interesting

Requirements:
Being on time for class is a basic professional quality in our online
teaching industry. Once a schedule is made, either teachers and
clients must attend the class on time. Any side who violates the rule
will be punished according to our leave policy. Of course if you ask
for leave you must notify your clients in advance, vice versa.
