It's "each and every one of you" - it's more emphatic than "each of you"
or "every one of you" (in this case "every" and "one" are not written as
one word - the word "one" has a stronger emphasis than in the combined
word "everyone"). Another way of making a similar emphasis is to say
"every single one of you".
